Look it was good donโt get me wrong, but 12 dollars for a singular bao bun only for it to completely fall apart on me was unfortunate. Wouldnโt recommend as there is better
Had the duck bao here. Duck was dry but they added a brown gravy which helped moisten the meat. While the accompanying vegetables were fresh, it could not save the dryness of the duck. The bao itself was mediocre and lacked the fluffiness you expect from an above average bao. A bit disappointing given the hype of this joint.
I would like to thank you for truly amazing baos that we all enjoyed very much! The popcorn chicken were also exceptional and generous, I am SO happy that we had the catering done by you!!!! The delivery was on time and the ladies were so kind. Thank you for the little details: the hand written signs and also the mayonnaises in bottles that were very practical. All my friends loved it and without a doubt I will recommend you for catering! Till next time!!!
They offer a fantastic selection of baos, and what truly impressed me was how perfectly cooked both the bao itself and the toppings were. The balance of flavors and textures was spot on. Moreover, the portion size was just right, leaving me satisfied but not overly stuffed. If you're a fan of baos, this place is definitely worth a visit for its quality and variety.
We were visiting Fremantle Markets and tried some food from What the Bao. We received great service from Carolyn. The tofu bun was delicious as were the lotus root crisps.
