Vietfull has been a great addition to the Vietnamese food scene at Marrickville with their delicious and beautifully presented dishes across the entire menu. Highlights include the perfectly cooked toppings in their noodle soups and the taco-sized prawn and pork pancakes. While the flavour are generally great, the broths could do with more flavours and the roasted pork belly banh mi can have more crackling. I would also like to call out the friendly service, with little touches like offering hot tea on cold days, checking if the shrimp paste sauce is too pungent when I ordered.

The staff are very lovely and accommodating. The banh xeo is made more on the style of a taco. Its decent. I would say good value and fresh. But could definitely be a little flakier (rather than a hard type of crisp). Also some mung beans in it would make it perfect.

3.7 - Got the Combination Beef Pho as that would be the standard to measure by - it was regular size (not big like somebody mentioned on here), but I liked most of it. However, there wasn't enough rice noodles, and had no tendon. At the end, I noticed the soup was very tangy so I wondered about the amount of MSG in this Broth as I do prefer it to be more home-made/natural. It didn't taste like it had much depth and was very thin, like the Broth you get from the carton. Also, the shop didn't have proper receipts (tax invoice), only eftpos machine receipts.

Friendly service. Delicious food. Although the chicken meat portion could be larger for the egg noodles dish. The same for the combination Bun Mua vermicelli--which was quite bland and wasn't as tasty as the bun cha. The pancake was good but should have more fillings with meat and prawns given the price.$12. The Vietnamese coffee was good.

I’m rarely 100% satisfied, but this is one of the few restaurants that truly gets it right. Everything feels well-rounded, from the food to the service and the vibe. The portions are generous for the price, with the rice dishes full of meat. I really liked the crispy chicken, it was juicy and tender. My friend once customized a crispy chicken pho, and we both enjoyed it. The hủ tiếu and beef pho are also delicious.
