We had such a wonderful dining experience at Vela. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious — full of flavour and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive, perfectly balanced and refreshing. A huge thank you to the team for the thoughtful birthday surprise. It truly made both my partner and me feel so special and well looked after. The service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Our food came out quickly without feeling rushed at all. Highly recommend Vela for a special occasion or a memorable night out. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m from Toronto which is pretty well-known for diverse cuisine, but omg this place is the best Thai food I’ve ever had! Food was so good we came here for dinner AND again for lunch the next day. Please don’t leave Brisbane without checking this place out!!🙏 Forget the regular pad thai or rice (although also good), try their fusion dishes like the salted egg yolk squid, and the duck in lychee-based curry🤌
