What a wonderful restaurant! Zhong and the staff were incredible to me and my family. We came for dinner to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and they made it so special by bringing out the cake and singing happy birthday. Zhong was especially sweet and caring toward my 3-year-old niece, Elouise, which truly warmed our hearts. The restaurant is very lucky to have her as part of the team. Hats off to the rest of the staff as well, who made everything run smoothly throughout the night. Highly recommend!

We are regulars and visit Valyn once or twice a week. We’ve tried other restaurants for a change, but we always find ourselves coming back here. The food and cocktails are consistently excellent, both in quality and presentation, with a great selection of cocktails to choose from. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and their hospitality and professionalism are the main reasons we keep returning. The manager, Zong, consistently delivers outstanding service and is truly a wonderful asset to the restaurant.

The dumpling starter with the yellow curry is absolutely incredible. I will be back for that alone! However the rest of the meals are delicious, we had the spring rolls, wagu beef and noodles. The noodles were very good quality and the sauce wasn't too salty or sweet. This is definitely more of a fine dining experience compared to ordinary Thai and it's well worth it. I would recommend booking, especially on the weekend.

The atmosphere here at sunset is absolutely unbeatable. The cocktails look amazing and taste incredible, and there were so many drinks I wanted to try. The pineapple rice was the best I’ve ever had, and the fruit was super fresh. I completely fell in love with the coconut rice. The interior is beautiful, and the service is impressively fast. Maybe it’s just me, but I was a little sad there was no som tam. And I have to say this again every single dish we ordered was delicious. Not a single miss. Overall, everything was satisfying. The food, the vibes, and the whole experience really lifted my mood. It’s a place I could easily visit more than ten times.

We recently visited Valyn Thai at Isle of Capri and had such an enjoyable lunch. The food was fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. Every dish had a great balance of traditional Thai tastes — especially the curries and stir-fries. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with a clean and welcoming setting, perfect for both dine-in or a casual catch up. Service was friendly and genuine — the team made us feel very looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality Thai food on the Coast.
