All staff were simply exceptional, worked on areas that needed more attention, then allowed some time with a more gentle approach before working the next area. Included many techniques - stretching, hot stones, oil, different strokes with elbows, knees - it was complete and thorough but also enjoyable. I walked out of there feeling 10 times lighter.
