This is our local so I was a bit disappointed taking visiting family there last night. It was s quiet night with 2 staff taking orders and delivering meals and drinks. There was some confusion with staff taking away plates before we had entree and when mains came out we needed to wait some time before all plates were delivered then wait another amount of time before rice was delivered. My meal of satay sticks was cold and not prepared in the way I have had in the past. Meals just don't seem to be of the quality past visits and service needs improving. Staff stayed behind the bar chatting requiring our table to make frequent requests for service. I'm not sure if the business has changed hands, but it was a bit of a disappointing experience.

I had to give one star just to be able to leave a review, but honestly this place deserves zero stars. We arrived, placed our order, and paid. At no point were we asked whether the order was for takeaway or dine-in, nor were we informed about any additional charge for sitting at a table. Our food was packed in takeaway containers, so we sat at a table. A few minutes later, we were practically asked to leave the restaurant, being told that we could not sit there unless we paid an extra fee just for using a table — something that was never explained or communicated beforehand. The way the situation was handled was very unpleasant. We felt offended and discriminated against. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service. Edit: This is a public review space. My sister and I have the right to share our experience; two reviews about the same visit do not invalidate either one. Before ordering and paying, we were not informed about different menus or an extra dine-in charge. This lack of clarity created an uncomfortable situation, even for the staff. Water was not offered; I had to ask for it. Explaining conditions afterward is not transparency. The experience was poorly handled and made us feel unwelcome.

Very tasty food and friendly service. Ask for Thai hot if you want it hot, otherwise it's no heat. Delicious either way. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options as most meals are offered with your choice of protein including a tofu and veg option. EDIT: I've changed my review from 5 stars to 3 as since then, there's been too many times that I've gone for dinner and then had to wait an hour for entree, then another hour before mains. I could arrive at 6:30pm and not eat until 8:00 or 8:30pm. If it's that busy, I'd appreciate if they said the wait is going to be that long. In addition, I honestly think the quality has gone down. It's still good, but not as great as it used to be. It's a shame as it's very local to me but I think I'd rather go elsewhere now, especially on a busy night like Friday or Saturday. I'll return in a year or so to see how it is then.
