I came because this was recommended. It is cosy and has a nice atmosphere. I had a papaya salad which was delicious. Close to central station, friendly service and very fairly priced unlike so many other Thai places these days. Will be back.
I told by a chef that their boat noodle is precisely authentic. The best in Sydney and I wasnโt disappointed at all, so delicious the soup is thick, tasty and perfect balance, the pork crackers are purely skin-ful and perfect. Must try!
Good value authentic tasting Thai food at a small hole in the wall style eatery that has closely packed seating for about 12-15 people. Lunch specials are excellent value. Had Chicken Pad Thai, portion size, tasty was good without being overwhelming. Took another 15 minutes for my dining partner to receive their meal - Massaman Beef Curry. Curry. Curry was loaded with beef and potatoes and has a nice spicy after taste. Cheap and cheerful option on Surry Hills side of Central station.
Everyone raves about their boat noodles, so I gave it a try. First visit: very sweet, both upfront and aftertaste. Second visit: still very sweet, my friend suggested giving it another try. Third visit: finally balanced and delicious โ you really need to be patient and go a few times to get it right. If they could keep the flavor consistent, it would be excellent every time. The sukiyaki, however, was amazing!
Oh my goodness, Tom Yam Noodle was absolutely incredible! It had the perfect balance of sourness and spiciness, and the filling was so generous. It was a true delight!
