Siman Samran Thai Restaurant is a hidden gem for anyone who loves authentic Thai food. The flavours are rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Each dish reflects traditional Thai cooking, with the perfect mix of spice, aroma, and taste. The menu offers a great variety, from classic curries to stir-fried dishes and noodles, so thereโ€™s something for everyone. Portion sizes are generous, and the food is served hot and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed how fresh and fragrant everything tasted. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Service was prompt, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxedโ€”perfect for both family dinners and casual meals with friends. If youโ€™re looking for genuine Thai cuisine with great service and a comfortable setting, Siman Samran Thai Restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Our first drinks came out with entrees. We ordered prawn toast which was great, satay chicken. This was ok. The chicken was not very hot. We ordered our main and asked for them medium spice. My partner doesnโ€™t like hot food, myself loves hot food. Massaman beef curry was way to spicy even for myself . Rest of the food was ok. Service was not as attentive as we hoped . I heard great recommendations about this restaurant but not as expected.

The food is very Western, not at all Thai. If you're seeking authentic Thai cuisine, this isn't the place. Cutlery is simply opened left on the tables, and birds are flying about outside โ€“ hygiene is a concern.

This restaurant has been a West End institution for over a decade. The food is reliable and tasty, in particular the whole fried barramundi which is always a highlight for us. Service is kind and lightning fast. I did find our satay chicken skewers were a bit temperature cool when served and I wouldโ€™ve liked a spot more seasoning for the pad thai but other aspects were great.
