If there could be minus stars for atmosphere, they would get it. The food is passable, but the worst in Darwin. Edit: wrote this looking at the food, not eating it. Ordered a vegetarian meal, got beef in one of the spring rolls and no tofu in the meal. Go to the foreshore and get some real Thai food. This place is terrible (2nd edit: Amazing Thai on Thursdays and some Sundays, not the foreshore cafe, that place is also rubbish)

Visited this place recently and had a disappointing experience with both the food and the service. We ordered fried rice, and from the first bite it had a strong burnt taste with visible black particles in it, which made it inedible, so my partner and I stopped after only two spoons each. When we raised this with the staff member, he told us we had already eaten half of it, which was not true and felt rude and dismissive. They did eventually offer an alternative dish, but the way the issue was handled left us feeling uncomfortable and not properly heard as customers. Basic food quality and respectful customer service should be standard, and unfortunately this visit did not meet that, so we are hesitant to return or recommend this place to others.

Tried it for the first time as the Thai restaurant we usually ordered from closed for a holiday and honestly quite disappointed with the taste. The pad see ew taste bland, the beef spring roll very thin, as thin as my daughter finger and the omellete just terrible. Even the prawn crackers that I usually love isn't taste like prawn crackers at all. Just taste very fishy😭 portion same as the other restaurant, prices are quite similiar but taste is completely lacking and just taste fishy and bland. Also the 30 mins waiting time just make it worse. This will be the first and last time order here

Ordered the chicken wings, beef pad Thai and pork kapao stir-fry for dinner. The chicken wings were tasty and well-seasoned, and the kapao stir-fry was similarly flavourful. Unfortunately, the pad Thai was a letdown - the noodles were very soft and overcooked, lacked the signature sweetness, and the beef was quite chewy. They also didn’t have Thai milk tea on the menu. Service was friendly however.

Very very annoyed and disappointed this evening with my uber eats order . I order a cashew nut stir fry , steamed rice and utensils/napkins through uber eats. I only received the stir fry without any rice and without any utensils/napkins. I immediately called the restaurant about it and the girl I spoke to was extremely unhelpful (?Thida) . Her only response was that the restaurant was very busy so they must have forgotten. You still have a responsibility to fulfil orders correctly even if you are busy . I am a paying customer and the least you could have done is checked the order properly before sending it with the uber driver . I told her this is not a complete meal without the rice and I can’t just eat the meal like this. It’s half a meal and I’m hungry . No utensils/napkins either even though I requested this . Her only solution was she can refund the rice . Quite shocked that she just couldn’t understand that what has been delivered is not a proper meal . Her only response was that the restaurant was too busy . I asked for her to let me speak to the manager (Jon ) and she said he was too busy . The uber eats driver was still there with me when I was on the phone and he was not prepared to go back to collect rice as he wouldn’t get paid . The restaurant were also not prepared to rectify the error and send someone out with the missing items . There are plenty of uber drivers around and if they wanted to correct the mistake, they could have paid an uber driver to deliver the missing items . It would have been a fair and reasonable thing to do but they didn’t. Additionally , she was asking for my bank details when I told her I ordered on uber eats and refunds should go back to the card and that I shouldn’t have to provide my bank details . She then corrected herself and said to get a refund from uber for the rice . I told her I was extremely unhappy and will likely go hungry this evening . All she said was you can give us a 1 star rating . Very very poor service. I asked the girl (Thida) if I can speak to the manager but she refused to pass on the phone to him . I have contacted uber eats for a refund for the rice . It’s a small amount but the bigger problem is I paid almost $30 for a full meal but what I have received half a meal which left me hungry . eating a stir fry without rice just ruins the whole meal . I didn’t even have utensils to eat with and the tofu I requested and paid extra for turned out to be 1 small piece of tofu in the stir fry. Poor quality stir fry with poor quality service . I Would not order from here again and would not recommend this to family or friends. If you are too busy , don’t take anymore orders .
