I would like to bring to your attention two recent incidents at your store that raise serious concerns about pricing accuracy. First, I was charged for a shopping bag despite not requesting one. Fortunately, my wife noticed this on the screen in time. Second, just yesterday, my wife bought a jar of chili paste marked at $6.90, but the cashier (an older lady at counter 1) charged her $13.00. We only realized the mistake after checking the price on the way home. I had to call the store and drive back to get a refund. I strongly urge you to train your staff to be more careful and honest. How many times has this happened to customers who don’t check their receipts? This is about integrity. I would like to thank the other female staff member who handled my refund professionally and provided excellent service. Please ensure your checkout process is accurate moving forward

Never bought durian from here again. The guy assured me it would be sweet and ripe. Unfortunately, the fruit tasted more like an uncooked durian. It wasn’t soft and creamy as expected, but rather crispy and firm, which is usually a sign that it’s not fully ripe. The flavour was not as sweet as promised either. 👎🏻

We live over 100 kilometers away from Sydney, so every time we go there, it takes a long time to travel. Yesterday, I had a chance to go into the city, and I stopped by a Thai shop because I really wanted to eat sticky rice with durian. It was the night of the 28th, and the sticky rice with durian I bought had an expiry date of the 30th. On the morning of the 29th, when I woke up to eat it, the coconut milk had already turned sour. I was very disappointed and would like to kindly ask the shop to check expiry dates more carefully before selling products. Went back today and they processed refund and I also got my mango sticky rice (with hope) Thanks heaps!

Excellent Choice of Thai Herbs, Spices, Fruits, Vegetables and Anything “Thai”. Just Opposite the “Capital Theatre’ and a Pleasure to Visit for what I was after. Lovely to visit the “Pontip Thai Market Store” today with my Service Dog. The Staff were so friendly and helpful too and would definitely recommend this Store highly. This was the best Thai grocery I always got everything I need for my kitchen. I really love Thai crispy mango. Plenty of thai vegetables , curry paste and lots of sauce I need. If you couldn’t find anything they are friendly customers service.
