Wow! Iโve eaten at the best restaurants all over the World. This place blew my mind. I would have to say this restaurant is the best food Iโve eaten, bar none. Best food Iโve ever tasted. Everything was sensational. Absolutely fantastic! Best in Brisbane. Best in World. 10/10. Thank you !
I love Thai food and have tried most of the well-known Thai restaurants in Brisbane, but I had always just passed by this place until my first visit recently. It was a weekday lunchtime, and we were seated straight away without a reservation. The restaurant kept filling up, which shows how popular it is. Overall, the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all quite good. However, the food was a bit too salty for my personal taste. That said, if youโre looking for a casual place to enjoy Thai food, this restaurant is worth a visit.
Where do I begin. This venue oozes flavours that tantalise your taste buds. From their barramundi to lamb fillets Pochana has got to be the best place in Brisbane CBD for flavourful food. At least thatโs my experience. The ambience, the food, the service is worthy of five stars. We ordered so many food we canโt even finish.
Food was fantastic and very authentic. The atmosphere was lively although quite loud. Friendly staff although they could be more attentive. Good selection of drinks that were reasonably priced. Overall, a great experience.
If youโre looking for authentic Thai flavors around the city, this place is quite close to the real taste. The dishes are flavorful and approachable for foreigners. As a Thai, I found the curry a bit too creamy and not spicy enough, even after asking for โextra spicy.โ The portion sizes are generous and reasonably priced. Ice-cold Chang beer for just $9 pairs perfectly with the dishes, and the Thai milk tea was delicious. The decor, filled with items brought from Thailand, gives a genuine street food vibe. Itโs usually packed, so reservations are recommended. The only downside was the service โ staff werenโt very friendly. I said thank you every time I ordered or got a refill, but they completely ignored it. It felt uncomfortable and disappointing. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve this part, because the food and atmosphere are otherwise excellent.
