This is my third visit and it was bad again—same issue as the previous two times. I kept coming back only because it’s close to my place and I needed a massage today. I paid for a 90-minute relaxation massage, but the technique was not right. The therapist stayed on one spot for far too long, and she spent about 15 minutes rubbing the exact same point on my neck. I feel like she's sleepy. There was barely any pressure—just too much oil and light touching. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. I won’t return. Please train staff properly. I don’t understand how this place has such high ratings.

I had a great experience here! The body scrub was amazing and left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. Jenny was friendly and professional, and the place was clean and relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking to treat themselves.

It's my first time having relaxing oil massage here and I absolutely love it. I will definitely come back again. Nana, a nice lovely lady, gave me the massage and I enjoyed it so much. It drove my stress away. She constantly checked up on me if her treatment was too heavy or not. Totally nice of her. Recommend this place if you would like to treat yourself for a nice therapy.

I have always had a great experience at Organic Thai Massage Newtown. The staff are always welcoming and atmosphere is calming. But this time was particularly fantastic. I had Celine give me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have never posted on Google reviews - but it was so good it’s worth letting anyone in the area wanting to know where to go, where to go.

This place is absolutely wonderful — the atmosphere is calm and inviting, and Lida is incredibly warm and friendly. She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived.
