This place used to be so good, most succulent, juicy carrots and veggies in the perfectly crisp bun of a pork roll. However recently due to the change of ownership? workers? the pork roll has tragically degraded in quality. However, the workers are very polite and the restaurant is clean. Iโm sad to say that now my dearest banh mi is too dry, bread is a bit stale, too little carrots and pork cuts that are too chunky. The biggest atrocity of it all was the addition of LETTUCE!!! I understand this may be a personal preference though. I gave this place two tries after the change but none could live up to the joy that it gave me when I ate there many months ago. Iโm sorry to say, this used to be my favourite place in Sydney but the latest times have been filled me with disappointment. Please return to your former glory, I know this isnโt you ๐๐ฅน
Really wanted a hot bowl of noodle soup and thought Iโd give these guys a try. Super friendly staff and amazing food at a reasonable price. Def recommend. Bear in mind it is a casual dining place so itโs not a Michelin fine dining experience but for a quick, quality meal the expectation to satisfaction equation is pretty high. I had a chicken pho and a spring roll. Both were awesome and will probably make it a regular place to visit
I ended up in this store just by chance for some takeaways on my way to Sydney Park. I got BBQ chicken and lemongrass beef rolls plus a green juice. Everything was ok but not much special. The bread quality and freshness was a bit disappointing. I'm about 20 mins when I wanted to eat it, the last one third of bread and it's paper bag was fully fallen apart due to the watery sauce.
Best banh mi of my year, I literally could not stop smiling while eating. I got tofu salad avocado roll, I can die happy now
I saw this place open not long ago so thought I would give it a try, the crispy pork belly banh mi was pretty average and so was the chicken vermicelli bowl. The biggest let down was we ordered 2x fried spring rolls which we quickly realised aren't made fresh, they were soggy and room temp, a bit rich at $3 each. Will not be back.
