I never leave reviews but Iโve come back just for this dish (crispy pork and garlic, part of the โsmall eatsโ) twice now. Super delicious, with very crispy, crunchy pork. The lime dressing is amazingly zesty, and itโs full of chillies which perfectly balances out the fattiness of the meat. Iโve also had the chilli basil stir fry which was super fresh and tasty.
Bad experience not worth the price Thai BBQ is the worst quality Iโve ever had. I paid $45 for such a small amount of food, and the vegetables were really low quality. The male staff was not attentive at all he placed the grill on the table like he didnโt even want to serve us. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back.
Love the boat noodles have that umami flavour. The pineapple fried rice is not bad. Good place to have a quick dinner after work. Price is okay not crazily expensive.
Thereโs a lot of variety of Thai dishes. The Mookata, Pad Thai and Sticky Rice with Durian dessert were the highlight. But everything we had was so yummy.
Manaaw is a newly opened Thai restaurant on the business end of Collins st. They offer the expected variety of Thai dishes in many mookata style Thai restaurants. The hotpot bbq set had decent portion size but the ingredients couldโve been fresher. The cooked dishes were to standard. I quite liked the dipping sauces though. The ambience wasnโt great but hopefully it picks up overtime.
