One of the most authentic Thai restaurants in Balaclava. I was served the spicy fried rice with basil and beef along with their in-house coconut ice cream with a smile and it's safe to say that it exceeded my expectations. The fried rice was irresistibly fragrant and punchy with flavour from the basil and the meat induced quite well. It wasn't too oily which is something I always keep an eye out for. Both the fried rice and the coconut ice cream were presented in a pleasing aesthetic manner. Kudos to the team for quick service without compromising quality or taste.

I had a fantastic experience at Indy Thai Melbourne. The flavors were authentic, and the dishes were beautifully presented. The service was excellent, The owner was very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back!

Visiting Melbourne for work I set my foot in Indy Thai for a solo dinner. With a warm welcome, the nicest service I could imagine and the lovely bustle of the place, this meal did not feel sad and lonely for sure. But let's not forget about the food! I had the perfectly crispy veggie tempura, and indie curry stir fry with soft tofu. What an explosion of flavour! Left the place so full and so happy. Will definitely come back!

This restaurant is amazing! The food and the customer services is incredible 🤩. I’ve been there a couple of times now and it’s one of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne. In our last visit the owner recommended us the Indy stir fry curry powder and OMG! It’s so tasty. You can notice that it’s freshly cooked and with all the tradicional flavours 🤤😍. To anyone who love Thai food and want to feel like home, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went to this place last night based on google review .. The place is pretty small and cute. We ordered pad Thai, curry, and fried rice .. all were super tasty! Now I’ve found another good Thai place in Melbourne not far from my place. Very authentic. The service was excellent. Definitely will be back
