Hungry Nawabz is an absolute gem! The food was truly fantastic — rich flavours, generous portions, and cooked to perfection. The biryani is hands down the best I’ve had in Australia: aromatic, perfectly spiced, and full of authentic taste that reminds you of real Nawabi cuisine. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and the quality was consistently excellent. If you’re a biryani lover or craving authentic subcontinent flavours, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back again!

One of the upcoming Hyderabadi biryani places. Mutton biryani and spicy butter chicken are exceptional. Order came out within minutes. Ambience can be improved ( ⚠️ Toilets Definitely require an urgent attention ) and parking would be tricky in daytimes. Customer service was great. But we received a plastic piece in biryani, which owner claimed from a takeaway container that used to heat. For the service and taste we let it slide for this time. I would recommend this restaurant to try. Food genuinely tasted good.

I honestly had one of the best Hyderabadi chicken dum biryanis I’ve had in Melbourne. The flavours were spot on proper spices, perfectly cooked rice, and tender chicken. It felt truly authentic, the kind of biryani that reminds you of back home. You really don’t find this level of authentic biryani easily in Melbourne. You can tell it’s made with care and tradition, not just for the sake of selling food. They also have a weekend buffet, which is definitely worth checking out if you want to try more dishes.

I lived in Hyderabad for 2 years and this place is the closest to the real food of Hyderabad. Everything i experienced was amazing and one top of that the owner was a gentle soul. Thank you and ill see you again.
