Don't expect too much if you don't wanna be disappointed. It's a good burger but I think I expected more and this is personal. Wish there were more flavours to those burgers ( we had 4 in total ) not a bad meal overall but not enough to drive here to get them. The shop is quiet hot inside but there's a basin to wash your hands after which is very handy.
The burger is beautiful. I suggest burger with beetroot with chilli with bacon halal amazing and also the fries. Itโs beautiful for me. I give him nine of 10.
Went Firefly today for the first time. Ordered an Angus combo and Kamakaze combo. They were both priced around the $28 mark. We were a bit concerned knowing that it might be a bit small considering they were both brioche buns. The burgers came out we were surprised that they were actually large in size. The french fries were cooked to well and seemed like they were cooked in clean oil. My son loved the flavour of the brisket. Store was clean and service was prompt. Unfortunately , my smashed parties were burnt and the burger was overloaded with sauce. The one piece of tomato was over ripe and the 1 piece of lettuce was not fresh. Overall , my son would come back but I wouldnโt. No parking close.
Solid burger spot for the price. Small space overall, 4 indoor tables for groups of four, and some outdoor seating that looks a bit flimsy. I came around 6 PM on a Sunday and the place was packed, every seat taken. 3 of us ordered combos, total came to about $90. I went for the Backfire because I wanted something spicy to cut through the heaviness. - Beef patty isnโt thick, but not thin either. Edges were a little dry. - Chilli Lava sauce comes in a squeeze tube so you can control the heat. Tastes similar to sriracha but thinner, easy to eat. - Fries are nothing special. Theyโre salted, no sauce included. Any dipping sauce is $2 extra. - Mozzarella sticks donโt stand out. The dipping sauce doesnโt help and actually clashes with the cheese. If youโre hunting for a burger spot around Bankstown, this place is worth considering.
Sadly was an underwhelming experience in both food and service. Came around lunch time and it was virtually empty except who Iโm guessing was the owner sitting on a table on his phone. When at the counter, had to wait a bit as apparently stocking the drinks was more important. However the guy who served me was quite nice and it was just him who served and cooked at the time. The prices are pretty steep and thankfully got the weekday deal for a percentage off. The burger itself was nothing like pictured and was probably below average. I was impressed with the serving amount of chips and they were decent. The cheese sticks were okay.
