About six months ago, I had the best dinner here and couldnโt forget the dish called Doodee Boran (which means traditional tom yum). I came back hoping to relive that moment, but unfortunately the taste wasnโt the same. It was a little disappointing and tasted quite average compared to other Thai restaurants. That said, the atmosphere is still great and a nice place to hang out with friends.
A hidden gem with the crowd. Service is fine and the portions are generous. I tried the Phad Thai but personally found it a bit on the sour side and wetter than expected. That said, I think it is worth coming back to explore other dishes on the menu. One tip: donโt sit outdoors. It is quite noisy with what sounds like exhaust or machinery from the next building.
I recently tried this Thai restaurant and walked away with mixed impressions. The Pad Thai was genuinely enjoyable โ well-cooked noodles, good balance, and overall one of the better versions Iโve had in Brisbane. The namtok beef was also tasty and flavourful, while the crispy pork had a nice texture and was enjoyable enough. However, all three dishes leaned noticeably salty, with a level of sourness that felt a bit too strong. The biggest disappointment was the tomyum noodles. It tasted nothing like tomyum at all โ none of the signature sour, spicy, fragrant notes. The broth was flat and almost completely tasteless, which was surprising considering how good the other dishes were. A pleasant highlight was the Thai green milk tea. It was slightly sweeter than my usual preference, but still the best one Iโve had in Brisbane recently โ creamy, fragrant, and refreshing. The food also came out impressively fast, which I really appreciated. The service was fine overall, though it could have been a bit more warm and friendly. Overall, some great dishes, some that need work, and one that really missed the mark โ but still worth a try for the Pad Thai and the milk tea.

What an awesome little Thai restaurant hidden away in the Brisbane cbd! Service was quick, food was delicious and they even have the water mist outlets around the dining area to keep the customers cool. Suggest to book ahead as it fills up quickly. Highly recommended!
