I ordered Boat Noodle and Som Tum. Both were nice but beware of spicy level. Medium spicy here is way too spicy for me ๐คฃ
We decided to have a quick lunch here and ordered the Tom Yum noodle as well as a cup of Plum Tea. The flavor of the Tom Yum is very nice that had the a little sourness with it and not overly spicy that you can't enjoy rest of your meal. It is also served in a large portion that is good enough to share between two people. The plum tea is not bad, it have plum bits in the drink as well however I didn't like the colouring added to it. The menu picture had it as a white/ light coloured drink yet I end up with a red one. The staff at the counter are very cheerful and professional, getting their table cleaned up very quickly. Despite there is limited seating at their stall and being very small its quite comfortable and not feel to cramp. I would like to come back for their fried rice as we were waiting for our food a lot of fried rice are coming out of the kitchen.
Been this resto multiple times since it opened early this year. Absolutely love the authentic thai food they make. A solution to my homesickness. Very welcoming staff tooโค๏ธ
Love this place. My mrs is Thai and doesnt tolerate the crappy western style stuff. This is the real deal, in a foodcourt and hence for a good price. Staff are great too.
I have tried Fried Rice with beef today, $16.9. It's the taste and favour that I used to know, so it's the authentic Thai food that I like. It's not spicy and very tasteful. What made it stand out from others was: It's not salty, even if it looked like a lot of sauces had been added. In Australia, if a fried rice was made in this deep brown colour, usually the chef would have added excessive soya bean sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce, etc., and it was way too salty. This fried rice is extraordinary and exceptionally good in this context, as it was freshly made, in Thai style, but not salty like most other Thai restaurants in Australia. In Australia, I always wondered the Thai food was not always cooked by Thai chef, that's why they are not good enough for me. This little one, just located inside a food court, is probably having a real Thai chef and that's why it was outstanding. Highly recommend this Thai restaurant and I will be back again and again.
