Very friendly, amazing drinks, My favourite place to come to at Bankstown. Five stars all the time

My 1st visit was great! Staff were super friendly, we loved the summer special deal. I usually only buy Taro milk tea from ShareTea or Gongcha but wanted to give a chance to smaller independent boba places. It tasted good and I was happy with my order. My 2nd visit was 2 days later and I was being charged a different price for the same drink order — I asked if the summer special was still on and couldn’t get a coherent answer out of the staff. I asked why I was being charged more for the same order I placed two days ago. The drink was $3.95 and I asked for extra pearls which were an extra $1. I was quoted over $6.50…. In the end she applied a “discount” and I paid $5.50 or something along those lines. Still cheaper than the bigger chains but make the price point clear to the customer please. Can’t give another price from what’s clearly advertised. This hasn’t put me off, I would visit again for another drink but I’m definitely asking about pricing before I place my order.

Not a good experience here; the self serve counter with the toppings was open and there were bugs flying in and out of it. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea which was flavourless and warm, just tasted like warm milk and the mango popping pearls in the mango fruit tea also tasted funny. Will not be returning.

Ordered via Uber yet got an amazing support directly from the owner. Pearls are chewy and were given generously. I got a buy one get one free promotion on uber of the taro milk tea, and it tastes just soooo satisfying. Def be coming back!!

I love the cool atmosphere and design of this boba tea place!!! Friendly and welcoming staffs ❤️ Great place for student discount. Menu filled with lots of interesting different flavour 😋 Purchased premium milk tea and strawberry milk tea for me and my sibling. (Cant wait to try the self-serving station next time! 😆)
