We were there Saturday night as returned customers and were a bit disappointed. Service was a bit lacking with only a young lady taking the orders we waited 20 minutes to order - our drinks were early but had to wait 50 minutes for our first 2 mains and then a further 10 minutes to get our last main. The pineapple rice and chicken was our additional meal and tasted fantastic but the serve was on the small side - for a main meal. The Masmadam lamb shank was different but had not enough meat as it’s all bone (maybe best served as a curry with chucks of meat🤷🏼‍♂️) the source was nice but too hot - as we asked for mild spicing , also there was plenty of roti but only 2 pieces of potatoes and 2 pieces of carrots with it ! My partners meals was also too hot and made it hard for her to enjoy it !…from reading previous reviews it looks like this place has changed hands in the recent months as the reviews are not great . The ambiance - on a positive - was not too bad but our small table lamp did not work! - 😒- what’s the point . Overall; not the experience we expected but might try again in a few months as I’m sure they can do better ! 🤞

This is our go to for authentic Thai food. It has 2 menus. One with traditional Australian Thai dishes and another menu with authentic Thai dishes such as different Papaya salads . Whole Barramundi with chilli. They also do an authentic Hotpot and a traditional Thai Barbecue. You can order with different spice levels. This is where you find the food you get in Thailand like different street dishes. We have been regular visitors here for 3 years. We occasionally do a takeaway. It is BYO. It has inside and outside tables. Staff is fantastic and attentive. We highly recommend this for your next dinner with friends. I recommend you share a few dishes family style that way you get to enjoy different flavours. Let the owner Prin give you some suggestions.

Reading all of these rave reviews and I can't believe them after I'm so disappointed with our first visit to CB Thai. The Laksa "Soup" was like a thick curry and for a "mild" selection, it still has my mouth burning.. my husband had to boil the kettle and add hot water to make it a soup. The basil beef stirfry for $25 was a hlaf serve at best! And the $4 Roti!?.. what a measly little bit it is. We can usually get a serve of Roti and its plenty to share. This was barely enough for 1. This is hands down the worst $49 we've spent on takeaway food.. ever! What a complete rip off.

The most authentic Thai on the Sunshine coast. Varied menu with northern Thai dishes. Try the soft shell crab Chu Chee curry Yummo!

The most delicious Thai food I’ve tried in Sunshine Coast! 😋🍜 The coconut rice is amazing, and my favorite dishes are the coconut prawns entrée, Pad Thai, and Green Curry. The service is excellent definitely a place to come back to!
